
Dr. Paul Ivey, Professor of Art History, was one of four professors honored with the Humanities Seminars Program’s Superior Teaching Award at a recent ceremony.
Since 1984 the University of Arizona’s Humanities Seminars Program has been offering the highest-quality courses in letters, arts and sciences designed specifically for adult students. All courses are taught by present and former University of Arizona professors selected for their scholarly accomplishments and exceptional teaching abilities.
Professor Paul Ivey of the School of Art was recognized for his course “Themes in Contemporary Postmodern Art.”
Fellow recipients of the award this fall include Professor Irène d’Almeida of the Department of French and Italian, Professor Melissa Tatum of the James E. Rogers College of Law, and Professor Steve Martinson from the Department of German Studies.
