Congratulations to Professor Sama Alshaibi (Photography, Video and Imaging) for her invitation to participate in the 13th edition of the Cairo International Biennale (CB 13)! Alshaibi is one of 80 artists from 50 countries invited to participate in CB 13 with the theme “Eyes East Bound,” which invites “artists to explore the colonial term ‘the Orient.'”
CB 13 will open on Monday, June 10, 2019 and remain on display in Cairo, Egypt until August 10, 2019.
