Print workshop and meet Amos

Acclaimed book artist and printer Amos Paul Kennedy Jr. will hold a free interactive print workshop in the afternoon and a print sale and meet & greet in the evening.

Kennedy, best known for social and political commentary, particularly in printed posters, will hold the workshop at the MLK Dream Student Space from noon to 3 p.m. in the MLK Building, 1322 E. First St.

Then, from 5 to 7 p.m., Kennedy will hold a print sale at the University of Arizona Poetry Center, 1508 E. Helen St., along with a “Citizen Printer” book signing with Desierto Books. Cash and Venmo accepted to purchase prints.
