Amos Paul Kennedy Jr.: Proceed and Be Bold

Join us for a free screening of “Proceed and Be Bold,” a documentary about Amos Paul Kennedy Jr., an acclaimed book artist and printer.

Kennedy, best known for social and political commentary, particularly in printed posters, will be in attendance along with the film’s director, Laura Zinger. A Q&A will follow at Marroney Theatre, 1025 N. Olive Road.

On Tuesday, Oct. 13, Kennedy will host an interactive print workshop at the MLK Dream Student Space from noon to 3 p.m., followed by a print sale and meet & greet at the Poetry Center from 5 to 7 p.m. The night event will also feature his “Citizen Printer” book signing with Desierto Books.
