Opening Reception: Oct 26. 2 – 4pm
This exhibition will include work by artists Jared Robison, Marisa Lewon, and Marina Shaltout. Marisa will have a single channel video piece on display, accompanied by handmade objects. Marina and Jared will be doing separate performances which will take place on Thursday afternoon (10/26) at 2pm. The evidence of these performances will be left in the gallery through the duration of the exhibition week. Everything in this show will be new work by the artists. These pieces will examine the process of fruitless labors while maintaining very different intentions. Ideas of (dis)order, miscommunication, and self-cleansing will be concepts touched upon by the artists.
