School of Art lobby & classrooms

It’s that time of year, and the Art & Visual Culture Education program is excited to celebrate the conclusion of Wildcat Saturday Art School 2026 with an Open Studios event.
This special day is an opportunity to step into the studio, experience the creativity and energy of the classes, and spend time making and exploring together as a community.
Families and guests will gather in the School of Art lobby, 1031 N. Olive Road, at noon for a brief welcome and announcement. From there, they are invited to move through the studios, visit each classroom and engage with the activities and projects.
Each class will host hands-on experiences where parents, children and the School of Art’s pre-service teachers will create together. Guests also can see and celebrate the work students have been developing throughout the program.
Pizza and soft drinks will be available in the lobby, so please feel free to stay, connect, and enjoy the space together.
